Small budget delivers big results

Modern design choices helped transform this beautiful two-storey home in west Edmonton. Royal’s Traditional profile siding was selected in Granite and provides a contemporary feel - much different than the beige vinyl siding Edmonton has been using for decades. White corner posts help accent the dark siding on the front attached garage. The use of Royal’s Portsmouth Shake in the gables provides a unique accent without taking too much focus away from the rest of the siding.

We removed the existing wood siding, fascia, and eavestroughs. Because the existing wooden sub-fascia was falling apart after years of exposure to harsh Alberta weather, we replaced it prior to installing new aluminum fascia cladding over top.

This was one of our earliest siding replacement projects, and even though we have come a long way as a company, we are still very proud of the work we did here. Bjorn and his family walk by this home often when they are out for a weekend stroll, and it still looks just as good today as the day we finished up.
