Royal Heritage Blue Vinyl Renovation

This stunner of a home was completely transformed with new vinyl siding, exterior insulation, and a showstopping Versetta Stone accent!

After removing the original vinyl siding and brick, we installed a new layer of Tyvek Drainwrap on the home. Drainwrap is Tyvek’s recommendation behind exterior insulation, and works to help seal the home while also pairing with nicely with insulation products. We then installed a 3/4” layer of Plastifab Enerspan insulation on the home, adding an additional R3.5 to the main walls!

Once the exterior was sealed up and insulated, we installed Royal’s Heritage Blue vinyl siding in a traditional profile. The colour absolutely shines on this home - really making it stand out positively in the neighborhood. Complementing the new vinyl is a Versetta Stone accent in Mission Point - a gorgeous contrast to the new siding, and a contemporary update of the original brick on the home.
