Check out this south Edmonton James Hardie siding renovation! Even though the original design isn’t drastically different from the new exterior, this is a case where materials, installation, and subtle choices make for a major upgrade anyway!

We removed the old siding, and installed new Tyvek DrainWrap underlayment with a layer of 1” IKO EnerAir insulation panels. Next, we installed Cobblestone HardiePlank lap siding, along with Cobblestone Hardietrim boards at the windows, doors, and corners. Versetta Tight Cut manufactured stone in Terra Rosa brings a beautiful earth toned masonry accent to the front of the home.

The roof metals were a last-minute addition to the project, but we are so glad that they got done! Commercial Brown soffit, fascia, and eavestrough match the new windows beautifully, and really tie the whole exterior together.

A shout out on the windows - Shield Windows and Doors out of St. Albert installed new fiberglass windows manufactured in Manitoba by Duxton. Their work was excellent, and the look is flawless.
