Hardie Boothbay Blue & Mitten Indigo Renovation

A beautiful combination of Hardie and vinyl siding on this stunning bungalow renovation! This home had old white vinyl siding on top of the original stucco. We started by removing the siding, and then built out over top of the existing stucco with a combination of siding products.

On the front of the home, we’ve got Hardie Plank in Boothbay Blue, with matching Boothbay Blue Hardie Trims on corners. In the front gables, the homeowner selected Royal Portsmouth vinyl shakes in Sand as a gorgeous accent, separated with a custom painted Hardie Trim to match the shakes.
On the sides and back of the home, we used Mitten’s Indigo vinyl siding in a bevel profile - a near perfect match to the Boothbay, in a more narrow traditional vinyl look. Matching Indigo vinyl corners were used on the back of the home.

You’ll also note that we re-did the cladding around windows/doors, in metal cladding (Royal’s Sand colour) to match the depth of the siding we added, as well as tie-in with the new colours. Soffit/fascia/eavestrough were replaced as well (also in Royal Sand) to tie everything in for a stunning end result.
