Hardie and Versetta Stone Renovation
Carefully selected colours and products create an exciting design on this gorgeous siding renovation! Hardie siding products in a variety of styles are used in combination with Versetta Stone for a standout finish that will last a lifetime.
Pearl Gray Hardie was selected as the colour, and is featured in three different styles. The base of the house is done in 7” exposure Hardie Plank - beautiful horizontal lap siding that stays true to the original design of the steel siding.
Arctic White Hardie trim corners tie in perfectly with the stunning new windows and doors (from our friends at Green Fox Windows and Doors), and frame in the house. Pearl Gray Hardie trims around the windows and doors add even more depth to the design.
Hardie Shingle in the front gable maintains the Pearl Gray colour while adding a bit of flair. Playing with different textures creates a fun visual without drawing all the attention away from the rest of the house. And that’s for good reason, because the rest of the house is beautiful!
Hardie Panel was used on the bay window, accented with matching Pearl Gray Hardie trims. The mitered corners really take the finish to another level, and make the bay window one of the standout features on the home.
Mission Point Versetta Stone surrounds the front door as well as features on the front wall of the home. The rich combination of colours and texture add an extra layer of excitement to the design. Earthy browns and whites bring some extra colour to the finished product, while the gray base ties in beautifully with the Pearl Gray Hardie.
On top of looking like a brand new house, this renovation has created a non-combustible, hail resistant, and low maintenance exterior that is designed and warranted to thrive in harsh Alberta climates.
